1. Bill Payment

SEWA Account Deactivation

If Sharjah residents move out and no longer need SEWA mobile app services, they must close their accounts. You can deactivate the SEWA account through the website following the provided steps.

  • Visit the SEWA website. 
  • Click on the E-services, then click on the At Your Services tab. 
  • Click on the Move Out for account cancellation/closure. 
  • Give the move-out reason
  • Select the account type (residential or commercial) 
  • Choose customer description (owner or tenant)
  • Enter your credentials:

    English name
    Arabic name
    Mobile number
    Email address
    Move-out date
    Emirates ID
    IBAN
  • Upload the picture of ownership paper and NOC letter.
